How do I submit questions to the Board?
There are two methods:
1) Use the "Contact Us" button to send an email.
2) Per the Covenants, there is an annual meeting for the entire homeowner's association. You will receive a letter notifying you of the date.
It is highly recommended that all homeowners/property owners attend this meeting, therefore, allowing each person to voice their opinions, make suggestions and ask questions.
It's in everyone's best interest to attend!
How do I become a Board member?
Attend the annual members meeting and volunteer your services. We welcome new board members with more new ideas and views, which makes for greater overall effectiveness. You may contact any board member to get more information.
How are the Board members elected?
During the annual meeting, property/homeowners may volunteer to be on the Board, and nominations will be accepted and voted on by all members in attendance. Then at the following Board meeting, which is required to be held within 30 days of the members meeting, volunteers and individuals selected are asked to perform in the various officer positions and/or committees. Some of the terms are 1 year and others are 2 year terms. On occasion, a person may be asked to serve longer if there are no other people interested in serving in the position. No one is forced to continue in any position.
