Reminders

Please keep your dogs on a leash while walking them. This is mandated by the City of Van Buren Codes.  Be a responsible pet owner and a good neighbor and clean up after your pet(s). None of us want to find someone’s pet’s deposits in our yards when mowing or cleaning flower beds.

FOR YOUR SAFETY, WEAR REFLECTIVE CLOTHING WHEN WALKING AFTER DARK!

TRASH RECEPTICLES ARE TO BE STORED OUT OF SIGHT FROM THE STREET. Our covenants state “All trash, garbage, or other waste shall be kept in sanitary containers which shall be located at the rear of each residential dwelling on a lot.”
